Lone Palm Process is located in Largo, Florida. Our goal is to provide fast and dependable service of process. I am licensed, bonded and insured. I have 30+ years of experience in process serving in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. I relocated to Pinellas County,  Florida in 2020 and continue to strive and offer the same respectful, prompt and exemplary services here.  In addition to process serving, I am experienced in courthouse research and document retrieval. Process gives notice to the party to whom it is addressed that a proceeding has been filed against him or her. It is the means by which he or she is afforded the opportunity to defend the suit. Service of process is the method by which documents are delivered to parties in a lawsuit as well as to the court. It occurs at the commencement of a lawsuit, when the plaintiff, or the party bringing the lawsuit, serves the summons and complaint on the defendant. "Due process requires proper service of process for a court to have jurisdiction to adjudicate the rights of the parties."
